An STI version of Subaru's mid-sized sedan the Legacy, dubbed the STI Legacy 2.5GT ts, is set to drop in Japan. Based on the new-for 2010 Legacy 2.5GT the ts adds a stainless exhaust system to the 265-horse 2.5-liter Boxer engine out of the WRX. The big changes include a ts-specific front lip spoiler, rear spoiler, 18-inch alloys and STI badges. Beyond the body the chassis has been stiffened with better bracing and the ts rides on a firmer Bilstein-based suspension. The cabin features the prerequisite Alcantara soft parts and carbon-fiber. This fine ride will set you back a converted $46,000 and only 600 copies will be made.
