Honda CR-Z is number one sales sport car in Japan now. I know some people think CR-Z is Hybrid car, not sport car. But Japanese car market think CR-Z is sport car in Japan. Japanese Hybrid car market is having sales war for Honda Insight and Toyota Prius.

Both of cars are very popular in Japan and I think US too. Honda starts to sell Honda Fit Hybrid which is around $15,000 USD that's why many people are interested in Honda Fit Hybrid now. Toyota has some hybrid cars in Japan. Many people pay attention to the sales war for Toyota Prius and Honda's hybrid cars. I thought Toyota can't just see. Honda CR-Z's number one in sales position and does something. I think my thinking is right.

Some Japanese car magazines say Toyota will sell compact sport hybrid car. Toyota wants to get CR-Z's position. Japanese car magazines guess Toyota's compact hybrid sport car is looks like MR2 or MR2 spider and there is engine on rear and motor is in front. That's mean engine drive rear wheel and the motor drive front wheel. I think Toyota's new compact hybrid sport car's price is almost same as Honda CR-Z. I am not sure Hybrid sport car will be becoming popular in USA or not but Japanese tuning market is interested in Hybrid sport car (now only CR-Z).

We know hybrid cars and electrical cars are good for environment but we are not sure types of cars is good for tuning car culture. Hybrid cars and electrical vehicle is still expensive. But all of car companies cannot disregard any problem of environment. Nissan says they have some plans for new GT-R. Nissan says also electrical vehicle is one of plan for next GT-R. That means R35 GT-R is last model of gasoline engine car? That is just plan but Nissan need to think about power train for next GT-R and other cars for future. Next ten years, gasoline engine cars will be no use? Do I need to go to university for studying electricity? Tuning skill for gasoline engine will be no use? We are not sure how to enjoy tuning life for electrical and hybrid cars. Honda and Toyota (or another companies) will show off how to enjoy hybrid cars for car life if they think Hybrid cars are next generation's cars for future.
