Hair/Make-up Beauty by Ryulala
Courtney Riggs is new to the car world, but she's been a spokesmodel for a few years now with companies like Rockstar Energy Drink. She's now an official Nitto Tire girl so if you find yourself at any round of Formula Drift, don't forget to drop by and say hello. You won't regret it!
What do you do for a living?
I like to stay busy! My weekends consist of traveling as a promotional model with Nitto Tire, and also with Rockstar Energy. I'm also lucky to have recently tried out acting, and landed my first lead roll. On weekdays, I wear a nine-to-five cap, in sales with a company called SolarCity. I guess you could say I'm a jack-of-all-trades!
Where were you born and live now?
I was born in Ohio - kind of a country girl. I lived there until about 10 years old, then moved out to California with my family. I'm currently in Sacramento!
Do you have any special skills?
Many people wouldn't guess by looking at me, but I was a college athlete. Soccer was my life; I would say that's my best skill. Oh, and I think I'm really funny.
What was your worst job?
My first job was working at the fairgrounds frying French fries and corn dogs. Haha! It was absolutely terrible in Sacramento summer heat!
If you were stranded on an island, what are three things you couldn't live without?
1. I would need someone stranded with me for sure; otherwise I'd go crazy.
2. Margaritas and tacos...
3. A gun. Survival obviously. Haha!
What's your fondest memory of a car?
I was such a tomboy growing up that I collected toy cars over Barbies.
What car do you drive now?
I have an enormous obsession with lifted trucks. It's my thing! So of course I drive a lifted GMC Yukon, and his name is Brutus. Haha!
I'm into beards lately. A well-kept manly beard! Oh, and a great smile of course.
Favorite feature on your body?
I would say my smile if that counts? Nothing like a good smile!
Finally, tell us three facts about you.
1. I have a twin brother.
2. I could eat street tacos every day.
3. I have a pet chinchilla named Henry.
