Heel-Toe, Heel-Toe...
I personally love watching all types of racing on T.V., but I can never understand how those racers can wear those flame-retardant suits in such high temperature conditions; makes me feel uncomfortable just watching them. I do, however, like those cool racing shoes they wear. Now everyone can look as cool as those racers do with the new Tech 1 Series racing shoes from Alpine Stars. These shoes are constructed with a perforated, suede leather upper and Nomex lining and padding that is flame resistant. The sole is made from dual-compound rubber that is resistant to fire and oil. Visit www.alpinestars.com and hit the track like a pro!

The processor is compatible with all Pioneer Touch-Screen Audio/Video displays. So, the next time you get lost in Los Angeles, and find yourself in a mile-long street race, you will not only know how to get home, but also how well your car is doing. The Air Up There
Since paying for radio became so popular, it seems that history has been repeating itself. First, we had the cassette player, then the portable cassette player, then the CD player and so on. Now, with the invention of XM Satellite radio, consumer seem be going through the same motions with their demands for clearer, less interrupted, and now, portable music, sports, talk, and news. Pioneer has released the latest device to cater to XM Satellite subscribers, the AirWare XM2GO Player. This portable device receives XM Satellite broadcasts so that they may be enjoyed at home, at work, and in the car. On top of this great technology the AirWare also features 128MB of memory that can save up to five hours of broadcasts for when the reception is bad. This means that you'll be able to hear your favorite Oingo Boingo song, even though you missed when going through a tunnel or subway. The device comes with car and home adaptors for FM modulation, as well as ear bud headphones and a belt clip. The suggested retail price for this mind-blowing invention is $300 and subscription to XM Satellite Radio.

Homeward Bound
I personally hate getting stuck in traffic. I usually find myself exiting the freeway early and using my cunning sense of direction to find my destination. Fortunately, Pioneer has an addition to their navigation devices. The AVIC-D1 is an in-car navigation system that caters to dashboards that have double din -sized radio compartments. This navigation system receives traffic information from XM NavTraffic and features traffic alerts and re-routing capabilities to help ease the pain of rush hour congestion and ignorant rubber-neckers. The system is full-featured, meaning it offers audio entertainment, including CD and mp3 playback, and is compatible with the Pioneer iPOD adapter and XM Satellite. The polyurethane material is stiffer than rubber, which will make the play and sloppy feel of the stock shifter go away. Match these up with a TWM Performance shift knob and shifter and feel the magic of smooth shifting.

Wagon Go Vroom-Vroom!
Honda made a station wagon?!? For the readers who didn't know, Honda did make an Accord Wagon from '90-97, which was part of the fourth and fifth generations of the Accord line-up. For those lucky enough to buy an Accord Wagon from the years of 1994 to '97 , T.A.S. Auto Parts has released a new cat-back exhaust system. It features 2.25" piping, a free-flowing muffler and a polished, stainless steel tip. Ceramic heat coating is available to help with exhaust flow and performance. This is the first time that an exhaust system has been specifically designed for the '94-97 Accord Wagon. This extraordinary piece retails for $299 for the stainless steel version and $499 for the ceramic-coated version.

Strike With A Heavy Hand
After ditching your stock shifter for a short shifter, you may notice that it takes a little more effort to shift. If you modify one part of the shifter assembly, it may be a good idea to modify another, meaning the shift knob. TWM Performance has come out with their new Bombshell Weighted Shift Knob. The knob features unique styling that offers a wide range of grip positions. Also, to help with the tough shifting, the knob is weighted to act as a counterweight to the shorter shifter. No need to get an arm workout even when you're not at the gym, save your strength and get one of these knobs soon!
