Wilwood ProHub for 1990-2005 MX-5 Miata

Forged aluminum, fully serviceable hubs perfect for that NA & NB roadster race car

Tunable wheel hubs? That's a thing? It is if you're a racer - and now WIlwood has 'em for the first- and second-generation Mazda MX-5 Miata. The Wilwood ProHub is an attractive and lightweight forged aluminum racing hub for NA- (1990 to '97) and NB- (1998 to 2005) generation roadsters that is claimed to be stronger and more durable than their aftermarket OE-styled steel replacements, but that's not the coolest trick these parts offer. These bad boys are totally user serviceable - meaning you can crack 'em open for maintenance and such.

Inside, these ProHubs feature a unique spindle collar and lock-nut system that uses separate and wider spaced inner and outer tapered roller bearings for hub reinforcement and greater load carrying capacity, which can translate to improved cornering and steering response. Because they are serviceable - Wilwood ditching the common sealed design of most hubs - ProHubs make bearing lubrication and maintenance a snap, as well as giving users control of elements like adjusting bearing preload. And they look sick, to boot.

Suggested retail for Wilwood's ProHubs for the 1990 to 2005 Mazda MX-5 Miata is $699.99. For more information, head on over to wilwood.com/.
