There’s more to consider when upgrading a factory forced induction setup than merely slapping on a bigger turbo or new supercharger pulley. The setup must work as a whole, and this theory applies equally (if not more so) to boosting a NA powerplant as well. Before you spend your life savings on eBay, take a look at some of the best FI parts available on the market today and choose wisely.
Bolt-on Subaru turbo upgrades
The AMR CXR750 is designed for enthusiasts wanting the power of a rotated turbo setup but in a stock orientation. Easy installation and direct bolt-on assembly make this a great upgrade, flowing at 80 lbs/min and featuring fully ported exhaust and compressor housings along with a 3-inch compressor inlet. Cast turbo inlet

370Z Turbo Kit
It’s possible to add an extra 175 hp to your 370Z with the GReddy intercooled-twin-turbo TD06SH-20G tuner turbo kit. Hyperflow intercooler kits have been specifically developed to increase power by approximately 30 percent over standard.
Hyundai Genesis 2.0L Intercooler Kit
In designing the front-mount intercooler kit for the Hyundai Genesis, AEM strived to create an aftermarket performance component with OEM fitment and finish. OEM routing paths were selected for the ducting of the intercooler system and, when possible, OEM clearances were maintained in the engine compartment of the Coupe. The finished product is a complete bolt-on, front-mount intercooler kit, specifically to work with the AEM cold air intake system.

Adjustable wastegate actuators
These piston-based units eliminate the more common diaphragm as a point of failure and can be assembled with a range of different base spring pressures to accommodate virtually any boost level. Subaru TD05-18G turbo upgrade

Type-33F front-mount intercooler upgrade

GTII 7460R & 7460 Sport turbo kits

Nissan 370Z & Infiniti G37 supercharger

Divided turbine housings
Precision’s newly developed divided turbine housings utilize a twin-scroll design and were engineered in-house for turbochargers featuring PTE’s 65mm turbine wheel, which includes the PT5865, PT6265 and PT6765. All of PTE’s new divided turbine housings use a T4 inlet flange and standard 3.625-inch V-band turbine discharge to aid in installation. Additionally, the divided housings are available in A/R sizes 0.84, 1.00, 1.15 and 1.32.
