The PS2's premier first-person shooter, SOCOM 3: U.S. Navy SEALs, is back for more action with gigantic maps, complex enemy AI tactics, and new land and water vehicles for new ways to get through missions. SOCOM 3 uses "streaming environment technology" to create gameplay maps that are six times larger than those used in SOCOM 2, and the ability to use both land wand water vehicles makes it easier to cover those larger distances. Game missions are not linear and can be completed in multiple ways, letting gamers replay missions several times using different strategies and tactics. Online and mulitplayer features have been upgraded and expanded as well, making this an great addition to the SOCOM franchise.
