Ok, this is important. The orientation of the two shoulder washer/bolts is important. This is the EXACT way you should install the hardware.

For those that will fail to install it correctly, I took this extra photo, just for you. Notice the order! The flat part of the washer should press up against the ball bearing.

After the shifter is bolted in, squirt in some more Lithium grease. Gravity has a tendency to pull things downward, so aim high.
