I joined this forum originally to keep people informed about Blackmonkey and his lies. I own a 1988 Nissan 200sx SEV6 (S12 chassis with VG30E engine). So far it has been a fun ride with this car. She was nicknamed Kaytei Scarlet cause I used to sing for a band and we did a lot of RHCP songs, and I love RHCP. All my friends knew this, so when i pulled up in this car, they wanted something that sounded old, but not old, so they came up with Scarlet Starlet, which I then changed to be Kaytei Scarlet. Estimated 170 HP to the crank, nothing amazing. Things done: - AC Removed - Clutch fan replaced with Ford Taurus E-Fan - Ignition Timing adjusted properly - Spectre Intake installed. - NGK plugs installed. - New 300ZX Fuel filter installed. - My trusty radio installed. - A half assed cleaning of the interior. - A half assed cleaning of the exterior. - A true clean and detail of the underbody, with rust remover and sand paper. - Swapped front corner lights for Mk1 wraparound corner lights. - MSD Blaster SS coil install. - Upper interior door panel vinyl repair with my trusty 3M trim adhesive and carpet knife. Well, to start this out. My car is heavily having cooling problems. The 1st thing about it, is that the car over heats when I am driving on the highway and in the city. The electric fan does come on to help support it but it will over heat again. Also, before I turn the car off, I have to let the car sit running so that the boiling point in the car can drop. The 2nd thing is that I had put in a new thermostat, added a cooling additive (Redline Water Wetter), and replaced the old antifreeze with a new one. However, the car still does the same thing by over heating but the car doesn't blow up. The 3rd thing is that the electric fan does not come on by itself whenever the car is turned off. Even when the car is off, supposedly the electric fan is supposed to come on when it is too hot it still doesn't come on at all. The only time it will ever come on is when the car is turned on and when I have the ignition on when the cluster lights up red. Please help me out!!!!!!!! ;)

Why do we remove DRM from windows WMV and WMA? DRM (Digital Rights Management) - The anti consumer copy protection that prevents you from using music or movies in a way that suits you. For example, if a DRM WMA or DRM WMV you downloaded from WMP(windows media player) that has windows DRM, you can only play it back on a compatible device, so if every piece of music had windows DRM on it you would need to buy the same track on CD to listen in your CD player or car, as an iTunes download to play on your iPod, as a ms store download to play on your Zune etc, but since you paid for it once you shouldn’t be forced to pay for it again and again and again, remove windows DRM and you can play it on your phone, iPod, Zune, PSP, CD player, pc, and anything else that you can listen to music on. How to remove DRM from windows WMV and WMA? I got a few methods listed below: 1. Burn and rip Actually, there is a common free method to remove DRM WMA with 2 steps: Step 1 Burn the DRM WMA to a CD. Step 2 Rip the DRM WMA from CD to your computer as MP3 format , then the DRM should be removed from the WMA files. But it's not very convenient that may wear out your CR-ROM, and It also needs a blank CD, a CD burner and a CD ripper to help you. 2. Re-record One of the most common and simple technology is recording the DRM WMA and DRM WMV then use an ordinary converter to convert the recorded and unprotected files. Because this technology is easy to realized and easy to support more DRM formats besides DRM WMA and DRM WMV it is welcomed by most of the DRM converters like the SoundTaxi, Tunebite, etc. But there are some disadvantages for those programs. 1. After the last session at Redline Time Attack yesterday, I packed everything up and took off because I had to take our photographer home. Also because I didn't think I placed. Well, I just got an e-mail from Nick at Redline saying that I should have stayed because I took 2nd place in my class!!! He said that now they will have to mail me my plaque. That surprised the hell out of me and I quickly told all of my friends about it. But then one of my friends checked the Redline blog site and it has me in 3rd place BUT with Stina Hubinette (Sam Hubinette's wife) in 1st with a 13 second lead over 2nd place. That is HUGE considering that the rest of the field is all within 5 seconds of each other. I'm guessing that the blog results are not official or she just got bumped up to a higher class. Anyway, I had a grip of fun and my little Saturn kicked some serious ass on the track even though I'm only pushing 11 Lbs of boost. (Waiting on 3rd high pressure fuel pump. Current boost level has stock pump is maxed out) I can't wait for the next track event to come along. Until then I'll just be doing more car shows. I love being able to drive my car daily and race or show it on the weekends. Keep your eyes open to my website for pics from the event. I have to go pick up the disc from my photographer tomorrow. I don't have a preference in old school rides, be it American or Japanese. Old is old and if you have any of these cars from before 1975 then you are lucky. Any thing from 75 on up to late 80s is considered old school as well but for the educational aspect of it I will stay with 1975 and older. I always seem to find my self in conversations with friends that, to me, have no importance. They are superficial and pointless. Again, to me... Any way, this subject, that keeps popping up with my people, is always about the worth of some of the cars that, they feel, have more value than any other car in the world. Muscle cars! I like muscle cars a lot. So, I really don't care for their reasoning on this "better than" issue that is related to their reasoning. I think that it's a car brand loyal thing for them... I prefer all old school rides. it doesn't matter to me. Again, to keep with subject... Which pre 1975 vihicle holds more value? A Japanese car or an American car. Please state the sport or muscle car and a reason for why you think what you think. It's for study purposes and not for us to get in a tivy about what's better or to have an issue with American muscle or any thing. My view is that any thing with an engine can be made to have more muscle... any thing! So, please, let's be civil about this.

I recently sold my TSW wheels to my brother at a killer discounted price just to get rid of the wheels. They fit his 98 Escort ZX2 with a 4X100 bolt pattern size. The original wheels are 15" by 5.5" wide and the TSW rims are 16" by 7.5" wide. I found that they fit perfectly on the front with no obstructions between the strut and the tire. The same could not be said of the rears, though. I needed to buy spacers and all the info regarding the measuring was vague. So I measured from the mounting face that touches the hub to the outer most edge of the wheel on both wheels and got a 1/4" difference. I purchased the 1/4" spacer to install it but now I'm doubting if I measured correctly for the size that I purchased. Any way, my question is if there is any other way to measure for a spacer that is accurate I would love to know it. This is a first for me and I don't want to screw it up. I can always go back and return the spacers for a 3/8" spacer, if needed, but my only concern is to know an accurate method of getting the correct size spacer, for the future. Thanks to any one that can get that info for me.

What’s this roadscion and Saturn *** going on here? I mean he is leaving such stupid and totally idiotic comments instead of shutting his mouth, is this a new olympic discipline? I don’t want to start a discussion about the Saturn monopoly on the rides section but can’t they get enough? My ride was rated from two users at start at about 4.5 stars and was down rated only one day later by 6 users at 1 star just because I was in the highest rated section? I read the forum topic with the comments of some Saturn owners and their, let’s say excuse that they didn’t wanted to provocate anybody. Hahahahaha. Do they believe the *** they talke about??? I don’t care if I get banned because of these lines but to tell you the truth they begin to suck. You don’t have to be intelligent to see that they rated themselves with fake accounts. That is ok for me so they have the highest rated section for their own. Now they have everything they want so why do they continue to piss on others? I got a ride comment from roadscion and saw that others got one too. It’s not a comment but a unqualified oral ejaculation of his mind. The sad thing, and here most of you must agree, is that not one of the highest rated rates deserves the status “highest rated” and the saturns know that themselves. When I see great rides on the most commented section who were down rated with over 40 ratings you don’t need to be an expert to know what’s going on. Especially when those rides are on the other magazine sites rated with 4.5 and above… ah I forgot there are no saturns on the other websites so that explains everything. The moderators should really have a look at those fake accounts and ban them or at least warn them since people try to use this platform to exchange information and not to let others piss on them. If you don’t like a car don’t comment it, just ignore it but leaving comments like roadscion shows that sometimes evolution made a stop. I mean a person leaves comments (and I still believe it's one of the saturns with one of those fake accounts created by themselves to rate their rides) without even having a ride himself. To show you the best thing here is his comment: "Darn I really wanted to give G-Racers ride fives across the board, but because he is bleeding like supgirl and rxgirl I gave him ones. " Oh man is this true? Is there any intelligence or just an emptyness hidden from the ability to create a complete phrase. I mean I can count myself lucky since he managed to write a complete sentence. It's a said thing that people who are working for years on their rides finally got something to show and where dealed this way but okay as long as people know what ride really deserves a good comment and a good rating everything is ok.
