The Takeda Retain Short Ram air intake replaces the bulky and inefficient factory intake increasing air volume and improving air velocity for increased horsepower, torque and improved throttle response. TR-1009P utilizes specially designed 1-piece polished aluminum intake tube to guide the air into the motor and provide an aggressive style. Takeda air intakes use the brand new Pro Dry S filter from aFe, which uses a progressive synthetic media, requiring no oil to recharge for maximum convenience and filtration. The Pro Dry S filter is 99.2% efficient so it prevents all of the dirt and debris from entering the motor. TR-1009P comes complete with polished aluminum tube, Pro Dry S performance air filter, Urethane couplers, clamps and all hardware necessary for a simple installation. In recent testing, part number TR-1009P produced an astonishing 8hp and 12lbs.x ft. of torque and outflowed the factory intake by 91%. Part Number TR-1009P retails for $199.00 and is available in stores now. I was looking into possibly seeing if other manufacturers would fit into the engine bay, like a nissan or toyota engine. I have heard from a lot of different people that the rb26DET would fit into most cars given its size, and it seems like a possibility, or just the 4G63t that comes on the turbo eclipses. I'm not sure which engine/transmission package to choose, I'm open to any number of suggestions about any engine, or any car for that matter, provided i can find that car for cheap. Hit me up, let me know how or what I should look for. Thanks everyone!

For example; Stillen.com sells parts for other brands, but they mainly sell things for Nissan. There are other Nissan dedicated sites that are out of this world for parts. Honda/Acura also has dedicated sites. Hondata.com is for any thing ECM related... You get the picture? LOL! Any way, looking in the mags like Super Street and Import Tuner, for example, will net you a ton of sites and possible connections for more stuff. The good thing about your Acura is that there is tons of support in the after market. Just point and throw that dart into the imaginary map that is the net and you'll hit a Honda/Acura related site. I'm not too familiar with most of the sites, but give it a little time and the suggestions will flood this thread. There are a lot of Honda/ Acura heads on this site and they're all good people with tons of advice and sites. LOL! :)
