Could there be a better wastegate/blowoff valve combo on the market?
TiAL Sport 44mm Wastegate w/ V-band:
• High temp NiCrFe (Nickel-Chromium-Iron for everyone that flunked Chemistry -Chimpy) based alloy is used for valve and 347SS valve housing will offer longer product life compared to competing designs.
• High temperature silicone Nomex reinforced actuator diaphragm.
• 17-7 PH Stainless Steel actuator spring gives consistent pressure at high temperature, resist "relaxing" at temperature to 900F (483C)
• Nitronic 60 Stainless Steel is used for the valve seat, and valve bushing.
• All Stainless Steel hardware.
• Color anodized aluminum actuator (Titanium Gray, Red, Blue, Purple).
• Available spring pressure: .25Bar (3.63 psi), .4Bar (5.80 psi), .5Bar (7.25 psi), .6Bar (8.70 psi), .7Bar (10.15 psi), .8Bar (11.60psi), .9Bar (13.05 psi), 1.0Bar (14.50 psi).
• Wastegates shipped with air fittings and stainless hardware.
TiAL Sport 50mm Blowoff Valve w/ V-band:
• For use on turbo-charged and super-charged applications (Paxton, Vortec, etc.). The body and all internal components are CNC-machined from 6061 aluminum alloy. It features a large 1.98 in (50.5mm) valve; we believe this is the largest valve available with the highest flow capacity.
• The V-Band design aluminum mounting clamp gives a very clean and unique appearance. The clamp is anodized and uses Stainless Steel hardware for a long lasting, corrosion-free appearance.
• The valve seal utilizes a Viton O-ring that is clamped in place to prevent the possibility of sticking to the seat and pulling out. The valve stem and guide are Teflon-lubricated, hard anodize-coated for wear resistance.
• An aluminum or mild steel weld base mounting flange is furnished with each unit. Stainless Steel is available at an additional cost. The use of 6061 aluminum allows the housing to be anodized with a selection of colors where most cast aluminum allows can not be anodized. This allows the individual to match, or coordinate, the engine compartment color scheme. The clamp, valve, and housing will be offered in Silver, Titanium Gray, Red, Blue, and Purple to allow you to mix or match the clamp, body, and valve assembly to create a look unique to your application. You may also purchase a plain or unassembled unit to anodize or color-coat as you like.
