Installation: Fuel System 1. Not only does the HKS fuel rail not work with the factory fuel lines,neither does the fuel injector harness because the new injectors are top feed and the plugs simply do not match. Prep the new injector harness plug by stripping away the wire insulation, then solder the ends. Repeat this on your factory wiring harness after you've cut off the old plugs.2. Don't forget heat shrink tubing, and it always looks cleaner if you wrap it with electrical tape afterwards to make it look like it came from the factory.3. Switching to AN requires you to also convert your fuel return lines with the same fittings. Make sure you test the fuel pressure, which should be operating within 38 to 43 psi. Your factory fuel filter will also need to be changed; we recommend AEM's as it comes tapped for 6-AN fittings (the filter will even come with proper fittings based on make/model of your car).4.
