Acura NSX - Down To Brake - Install

13. Tighten down the two 17mm bolts on the back of the caliper bracket to secure it into place.		 Rotora Acura Nsx Brake Install Stainless Steel Line

15. With a pair of pliers, pry off the clip for the brake line at the chassis.		 Rotora Acura Nsx Brake Install Brake Line
16. Using a flared 10mm wrench, loosen the brake line from the hard line. This is where it gets messy.		 Rotora Acura Nsx Brake Install Stainless Steel Brake Line
17. With the provided copper washers, fasten the stainless steel brake line to the back of the caliper and tighten down.

18. Run the stainless steel line the same way the stock one was and fasten the brackets into place. Everything should be lined up like stock set up.		 Rotora Acura Nsx Brake Install Stock Brake Line Brackets Rotora Acura Nsx Brake Install Brake Line Clip
19. At the chassis, push the clip back into place and tighten the stainless steel line with a flare wrench.

20. Repeat the procedure for both sides and then get to bleeding. Have someone in the car depress the brake pedal while you open up the bleeder valves. This gets all the air out of the brake system. 21. That wasn't too bad of an install. The break in procedure consists of going through a few heat cycles to get the pads and rotors ready to rock. Nothing a few drives up and down the 405 in traffic won't take care of.
