5 Lug Install - Slow Your Roll



Five Lug Install Axel Nut
The axle nut. Besides an elephant's, quite possibly the largest nut found on land. Remove the 30mm monster and washer.		 Five Lug Install Remove Hub
With the axle nut gone, the stock four-lug hub should come off with relative ease.		 Five Lug Install Bearing Grease
It's a good idea to coat the inside of the hub with bearing grease prior to installation.
Five Lug Install Keyed Washer
Slide the shiny new five-lug Ichiba hub on and slide the keyed washer and axle nut back on.		 Five Lug Install Torque To 150 Lb Ft
Tighten the axle nut using a torque wrench to 150 lb-ft.		 Five Lug Install Replace Pin
Replace the cotter pin and bend the ends.
Five Lug Install New Rotor
Remove any oils or grease on the new Z32 rotor with brake cleaner and fit it over your new five-lug. Don't forget the cap.		 Five Lug Install New Brake Lines
Slide the new Circuit Sports brake lines into the hard line mount and wedge in the clip.		 Five Lug Install Tighten 10Mm Nut
Tighten the 10mm nut.
