John Choi
Why do we call him "Freehand Choi?" We heard that it's John's nickname from his Cub Scout days. But we're not able to confirm that accusation. John claims that he earned the nickname with his unorthodox methods for thumb wrestling. In the past month, he's traveled to 12 different states to compete in the National Thumb Wrestling Championships. John is still determined to make this into a huge sport that will be included in the Olympics. That sounds weird to us, but then again, John is a really weird person.
Wesley Allison
Ever since Nads and Wes came back from Japan, things have been different around the office. So we all pitched in some change and hired a really inexpensive private detective, who didn't speak more than five words of English, to find out what the story was with these guys. From the reports that he turned in, and what we could translate with Jimmy's PDA, Wes' outdoor activities for the past month have consisted of eating Mexican food and making sand castles on the beach. Nads' agenda included nude welding and knocking over Wes' sand castles.
Daren Proctor
After a big fight over who was supposed to do the dishes with his roommates, Dan and Rich, Daren decided he needed a break. He took a trip over to the NHRA race at the Atco Raceway in New Jersey. Much to his delight, he was asked to shoot Super Street T-shirts out of a C02 gun. Daren, however, got too excited and ended up shooting himself in the foot. The crowd loved it and they cheered Daren on as he was being taken away in the ambulance.
Matt Teske
We don't know much about Matt. Like where he came from, how he got into our office, what he's doing here, and when he's leaving. We just know that our Managing Editor, Jen Thomson, has just recruited him for her Cavalier crew. Now Jen and Matt dominate the J-Body chat forums with their extensive knowledge of applying "Powered By Chevy" stickers. The two-person team has yet to come up with a decent sounding name. So for any readers that can think of a team name for Jen and Matt, send it in and we probably won't send you anything.
